Acceptable Use Policy

Shopika WiFi is shared by many people. To keep it fast and safe, you must not use it to:

• break Kenyan law, including the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018;
• access, share or store child sexual abuse material, or content that promotes violence or terrorism;
• attack, scan or try to break into any network, device or account, including the hotspot itself;
• send spam, run scams or phishing, or spread malware;
• infringe copyright, for example by sharing pirated films or software;
• resell or share the connection beyond the devices your package allows;
• interfere with other users, for example by running servers or using up the connection on purpose.

We may slow down, suspend or end access that breaks this policy, without refund, and we cooperate with the authorities where the law requires.
