How do I buy WiFi?

Connect to the "Shopika WiFi" network. A page opens (or open any web page). Choose a package, enter your M-Pesa number and enter your PIN when the prompt comes.

I paid but I am not connected.

Wait one minute, then open any web page. If you see the packages page, tap Reconnect. If it still does not work, sign in to My account and tap "Connect this device", or contact us with your M-Pesa message.

I did not get the M-Pesa prompt.

Make sure your phone is on and unlocked, then tap Try again. We never send a second prompt while the first one is still waiting.

When does my package end?

Time is counted from when your package is activated. Your receipt and SMS show the exact end time.
